MetroLink prohibits concealed-carry, even if you have a CCW.

MetroLink, like all transportation districts, is run by Eric Holder's people.

So, these animals will get a misdemeanor slap on the wrist for lynching this dude, and be back out to do it again?

Guy should have been CCWing. These punks like to kick people in the head when they are down. Had he fallen he could have has a serious brain injury or been killed.

The law needs to be changed so black on white crime is put in the same ‘folder’ with white on black crime... an assumption of possible hate crime.

When police start reporting it - the country’s gonna be shocked.

Hate crime laws were created to criminalize anything a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically attack Whites.

You’re quite correct and yesterday, or the day before, I forget, I realized that the lasting legacy of Obama will be that going forward, Christian and/or Conservative whites in the US will be somewhat held hostage by the coalition of special interest groups, (blacks/latinos/gays), and Progressive political organizations and economic policy makers in that, going forward, if a “conservative” were to somehow stumble into the White Hut, the country would slide into a long, slow, debilitating series of demonstrations, riots, more demonstrations, strikes (like the one at the west coast ports). The nation would fall into a period of unprecedented civil disturbance.

That would probably force whomsoever was elected to declare martial law and it may be that’s what the Military is preparing for.

Remember this: the leftists have only enlarged their tool box and one of the largest tools they have is this issue of the 1% and economic inequality. If a president were to lower taxes or try to cut social programs to balance the budget, the chaos would surely ensue. Obama has greatly increased the size of the Democrat welfare plantation and with the unprecedented decline in the labor participation rate, ever more people are recipients of one form or another of Federal largesse.

Ironic, but if a person is only interested in economic stability in the overal economic system, Hilary might well be the best choice. That assumption of course is made absent any examination of what she’d do to the country otherwise, but....I’m just saying that if we don’t want to see the “economic” and stock market boat rocked to pieces...she’d be pretty much the same as Obama in seeing the can get kicked further down the road.

Two rules:

ABC: Always Be Carrying (Concealed)

SSS: Shoot, shovel, shut-up

Do you notice how they don’t mention muslims, Jews, Hindu’s? [SIC]

Jews are being increasingly targeted for hatred by the left.

Local St. Louis news said it was not a hate crime because the victim was not called a name, like "fag" or "whitey". Furthermore, it is "misdemeanor assault"...which is defined as "creating fear on the part of the victim". The thug created more than fear--he hit him repeatedly! "Creating fear" is getting your fists up.

If you want to stay safe, boycott St. Louis. BTW, no one on the train called the police or 911. Lucky someone took the video.

It is interesting that just sixty years after the Holocaust and the Jews are being targeted as the enemy again.

Under the political correctness of the times perhaps the best we can hope for are charges of aggravated assault. There is so much hypocrisy around today that there probably will not be any police department that will name it a hate crime. I think any victim of this kind of attack should definitely demand to require the charge to be an aggravated assault.
