Kerry’s Last Grasp at Greatness

Kerry is a man who has lived most of his adult life in the public eye. It’s been a career of almosts and near misses—and fugitive moments of glory. He’s been grasping for the brass ring his entire life, it seems, determined to be a man of import and impact, to make his mark. But somehow it’s always eluded John Kerry. More doors are closed now than open, and Kerry has less than two years left in his job.

[snip]

America’s secretary of state—the “tireless, and I mean tireless," John Kerry, as President Obama put it in his Rose Garden remarks Thursday—there was more going on in Lausanne, Switzerland, than days of frantic negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program. As April dawned, and the negotiations went on, then two days past a self-imposed March 31 deadline, Kerry outlasted everyone, bargaining endlessly with Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif and talking sanctions, breakout times, centrifuge numbers and inspection rules. It worked. On April 2, Kerry, Zarif and the five other nations involved in the talks announced an impressively detailed “framework” to be completed by the June.

At a nighttime news conference in Lausanne, Kerry also said, rather proudly, that contrary to some expectations the timeframe of the agreement is much longer than just ten years on many aspects. And when it comes to some “transparency measures” by Iran, he said there is “no sunset to the deal that we are working to finalize.” Those protections “will never expire,” Kerry said. Translated: If the deal goes through, I might have just made permanent peace break out in the Middle East.

I wonder how much money Obama paid to get the “framework” and to whom??

That is only way they know how to get a diplomatic plus - pay for it with taxpayer money.

Should civilization survive for twenty more years, Kerry’s name will be mention in the same way as Benedict Arnold’s.

Mr. Heinz is a dickweed!

He’s been willing to lie about his fellow service members, and anyone since when it would benefit him.

He’s not presidential material. He’s not Secretary of State material. He’s not dog catcher material.

He should be working the grill in a fast food resturant..., well scratch that, we don’t need dead people there either.

Put this guy on a farm where he can grow his own food, and leave everyone else alone.

Ridiculous!

Kerry's has been a life of failure with no moments of glory, only appalling hypocrisy!

Kerry is a failure because he doesn't understand reality. The poor little rich boy's entire life has been characterized by grasping at form, instead of developing substance.

Twisted political sacrifice of America and the Western world. This farce and disaster is beyond belief just like the history of the Clinton administration and those fools with what they “arranged’ with North Korea — another TOTAL FARCE and SHAM.

This is total political desperation at ANY COST.

‘Gasp’, indeed

Greatness?!

I defy anyone to come up with the name of one anti Vietnam Nam War activist, much less, a notorious one, such as this utter disappointment of a male, that rose to greatness

Fools. The Iranians have no intention of doing any of this. They are masters at manipulating concessions from the Americans, who think they have negotiated a great deal.

They jerked Carter’s chain for 444 days, then stick it to him releasing the hostages at Reagan’s inauguration.

That this effin retard Jon Kerry is even SOS in the first place is indicative of a sick and evil malevolence in DC.

Domestic enemies will be held to account, this one has the blood of tens of thousands on his hands and potentially many more in the future.

The PURGE of the marxists and traitors is coming.

“Put this guy on a farm where he can grow his own food, and leave everyone else alone.”

As a Farmer, I find that extremely offensive! Kerry’s not even qualified to shovel sh!t! ;)

He’s been grasping for the brass ring his entire life...

Yes, standing on the bodies of better men and women than himself, willing to tell any lie, betray any trust, take any posture that will advance his celebrity. This individual has no love for his country and open contempt for its people, and will sink into the traitorous obscurity he has earned.

Oh he’ll be remembered for the right reasons.

He just thinks he won’t.

I know what you meant though.

The Iranians are going to detonate a nuke before Obama leaves office. That is their window of opportunity and they know it. That’s my bet.

That will put an exclamation point in the foot notes of history on what fools Obama and Kerry are.
