"Machine guns are belt fed whereas submachine guns are magazine fed."

That's a silly definition. Is an M249 SAW a submachine gun when you use magazines with it, and does it become a machine gun when you hook up a belt?

Hey!Joe your Right.I didn’t even think of the M243.I can’t imagine having to load that thing with magazines though.
