Anyone with dual citizenship, whether Barry Hussein or Cruz, is NOT a NBC regardless their mothers’ citizenship.
Both fathers were foreign citizens!!!

Cruz is eligible to be a Canadian citizen, but he never has been a Canadian citizen, correct?

So you think he's never been a citizen of any country?

Cruz’ born nationality ALWAYS follows the Father who was Canadian too. Ted is apparently an U.S. naturalized citizen like I’m, and we are NOT eligible to holding a higher office than Senators. It’s all according to Article II. Section 1. Clause V.

We beat that horse to death here on F.R. 2007 and on the 2008 election regarding the illegal traitor Hussein. Same counts for Rubio and maybe also Jindal

Because Ted is a Republican, we CAN’T just change the wording conveniently of the Constitution, otherwise we are just cheap hypocrites!!!

Total BS, with no foundation in law.

So YOU say Hussein Soetoro is eligible ALSO???

If, but only if, he was actually born in Hawaii.

If he was born out of the country, his mother was not old enough to confer citizenship at the time of his birth.

You may not agree. You may not like it. But Ted Cruz was a citizen-at-birth and, if Obummer was born in Hawaii, so was he. They would both, then, be eligible for the presidency. It is the law.

So it’s total BS that the framers had special wordings added to Article II. Section 1. Clause V. = Natural Born Citizen instead of just your convenient “CITIZEN”!!!

WHY would they require “Natural Born Citizen”???

Bone up on your history instead of cheaply sticking your head in the sand by changing the Constitution to YOUR likings:

Cruz has held Canadian citizenship, yes. Not sure what you’re asking.

“Cruz’ born nationality ALWAYS follows the Father who was Canadian too”

What? “follows the father”? Where do you get this?

“Ted is apparently an U.S. naturalized citizen...”

No, he did not have to go through naturalization.

If you don’t want to vote for him, fine, but don’t throw out all these red herrings and misrepresentations.

Look, I'm not calling BS on the founders.

I am simply identifying what is. It's not what you want it to be. It's not my fault, so knock it off.

Because you are an one-eye Texan you are just willing to by-pass the Constitution and selling it out to fit YOUR wrong agenda. Yes it IS what you faulty want it to be. That is kind of total lack of principles. I like Cruz’s policies but still because his a “TEXAN”(???) or a citizen does NOT make him the required “Natural Born Citizen”

I have the same beef with my own Senator, that I voted for, Marco Rubio, who has similar problem. Just because I live and vote in Florida I can NOT be untruthful to my principles. The same principle the majority Freepers were fighting 2007/08!!!

I asked you a simple question, you can’t answer or NOT willing to: WHY did the framers added “Natural Born Citizen” into Article II. Section 1. Clause V. , and grandfathered themselves as “Citizens” and the comers as NBC???

You can chose to turn the blind eye on or deny facts from historians at the framer’s time!!!

You assume too much.

I am satisfied to follow the law.

The framers left it to Congress to define "natural born citizen" and they have equated it to "citizen at birth".

That doesn't satisfy you. Your problem, not mine.

Unfortunately looks like you have NO principle like most Americans.

For a Texan it’s disappointing you are skirting the Constitution and the LAW to fit your selfish unlawful wishes.

He is not going to get my vote, and NOT even my own Senator in Florida.

NO wonder our country is in the shape it is with people with no firm principle. May God have mercy on you!!!

Are you able to explain WHY the framers added the “Natural Born Citizen” to Article II. Section 1. Clause V. instead of simple “Citizen” that they were, and then Grandfathered themselves instead of being NBC, which they certainly were NOT as British citizens and that nationality they hated more than anything and fought them back to London. Can you please answer that question plainly, intelligently, hmmm???

“The framers let Congress decide who is a Natural Born Citizen” is the most stupid and uneducated idiot I ever heard a “FReeper” saying, and only can come from an AssClown, WOW!!!

How come Congress did not acted to that in 2007/08 ???
