after causing the present US president to step down , the U.S. should form a coalition with Israel , Saudi , Egypt, India , and Russia , and selectively go after Iran with combined mil assets , in an operation designed to both destroy their nuke making facilities and cause immediate and traumatic regime change . While attacking the mullahocracy militarily , completely empower and support a Persian peoples grass roots replacement of power within Iran .

We should make Iran an offer which no rational nation could turn down i.e. to replace all of their uranium shit with thorium reactors and let them be the world’s prototype site for thorium power. If they refuse that, bomb them into tomorrow-morrow land....

War against an Iran should not be a drawn-out ordeal. US armed forces of a few years ago would have made short work of Iran, just as it did against Iraq (the insurgency of the aftermath being another story—Saddam and his military were quickly toppled). At the rate the Obamanation is reducing the capability of our military, an armed conflict with Iran would be more difficult now and into the future; however, we may have no other choice if we wish to survive.

Heard part of a radio interview. I think a “journalist” was badgering some Republican (politician?) about not accepting this deal saying that he must want war.

IF the Iranians do not abide by the terms of past agreements, they are already acting in a “war like” manner.

It’s like Saddam’s repeated violations of the peace settlement from the first Gulf War. Bush didn’t “bring us to war”. Saddam did. And Saddam was offered the choice of stepping down and he refused.

If a felon out on parole seeks prohibited weapons, he’s returned to “crime”. It doesn’t even matter if he obtains them or not, he’s in violation of his parole. Saddam was too.

We would need willing partners to take over and this administration proved it could not be relied upon or trusted when insurrection took place.

So war?

So, the Saudis want to destroy Iran, and we, like idiots will take care of business for them, like we always do.

Bullcrap. Obama always uses the cheap debate trick of the false dilemma. Either take this deal or bomb tomorrow. The only reason they came to the table was they are hurting from sanctions. Obama eased them just for talking, and refused to consider upping the pressure. Donald Trump is exactly right in saying that’s negotiating from a position of weakness, something you should never do. He’s also right saying we should have walked out when Khameni rubbed it in Obama’s face by leading a death to America rally. If they are serious about a deal they would come back with an offer, if not, well then you know. If you remember the Russians walked out of the SALT talks when Reagan deployed missiles in Europe, and came crawling back when it failed.

It is not the best option, it is the only option. Chamberlain chose settlement over war and got both. Sometimes your opponent leaves you no other choice.

We may have no choice but to ho to war.

Wait til a nuke hits Los Angeles or NYC and see if we have a choice.

I believe Iran is VERY close to having a bomb.

Obama did not want that to happen on his watch.

So, this whole charade of a “deal” was setup to ask Iran to wait until Obama is out of office and then cheat, leaving the next POTUS to decide what should be done.

Then, when the only option left is military, the liberals will cry “war for oil” and “illegal war” etc. And Obama will be community organizing the protesters with his megaphone.

The logical flaw in Joshua’s piece is the fact Joshua is not very bright.

How do you deal with a violent, rapacious, devious and redolent with hatred for Israel and the United States type Bully?

Deny said Bully the resources to seek and develop a Nuke.
Hope hard line Islamist give up their dream of World dominance?

Support reasonable Persians in their quest for a normal government (too bad Barky stepped on his D and missed his previous opportunity)

Since we have a lot of nukes, and they want nukes, we should give them a few... delivery methods options: air delivered via plane, missile delivered, or sea launch delivery.

The US abandons Iraq and Israel, shuns the new Egyptian government, and cuddles up to Iran.

Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Turkey, the UAE and Pakistan therefore perceive Iran to be more of a threat, and their interests now align with those of Israel.

Thus the Palestinian issue moves to the back of the bus.

They all seem to have concluded that they’re on their own now, as Obama cannot be trusted to combat Iran’s hegemony in the region.

As a result we now have a new dynamic in the region, more specifically a new military coalition, seemingly ready to oppose Iran.

In attempting to isolate Israel, Obama has inadvertently succeeded in further isolating Iran.

Together, the military might of the “orphan coalition”, exceeds somewhat that of Iran, whose military is vastly overrated. Israel alone could set back Iran’s nuclear program for decades. And if they don’t help, at least the Arab coalition nations will now sit back and allow it to happen. This is the new paradigm that has evolved in a matter of weeks.

Turkey and others are now making nice to Israel, and Obama just ended the military implements freeze with Egypt. Is the green light being given to Bibi?

We’re now in an entirely new world, people.

I think that war is the only realitic option for preventing an Iranian bomb. But this coure of action requires the expenditure of a great deal of politcal capital. And depending on the plan, it almost certainly would require a huge reversal of our recent mililtary reductions.

And what becomes of Iraq? And how do we also retain enough forces to deter Russia in Europe.

Obama has gotten us into a fine set of messes. I fear that World War is coming--but will it break out before Obama leaves office?

Best or worst option it is probably inevitable, that or surrender. I guess we could do that, too, everyone to be issued Korans and told to await new instructions from the Ayatollah of New York.

Actually this may all be a setup for the Sunni Hussein to take out both of his main enemies, Jewish Israel and Shia Iran. By making a deal that expedites Shia nuclear capability perhaps he can get Tel Aviv nuked then wring his hands at the perfidy of the ayatollah he trusted and, in the meantime, the remaining IDF subs and land baseds radioactivate much of Iran. Hussein then can finish off what remains of Israel by invasion to safeguard the Arabs in the area from Jew retaliation. Of course that scenario would not take place soon enough for Hussein's 19 month window, so he may have to drop the nuke on Tel Aviv himself and blame the Persians

Just something that occurred to me when I was hearing about the "deal" in the works.

The best and most effective alternative is to continue the sabotage.
