Turn the tide and tables against them. What ever services or money that is made by selling a product to gays goes to fund conservative causes, that way they can’t sue you or say it’s discrimination.
I think selling wedding cakes without gay messages to a same sex couple (same as opposite sex couple) is not unreasonable and is not going to get around these laws, but I think forcing a photographer to photo-shoot same sex couples in a weddings is a different story.
In the second case the government is really forcing the photographer to be part of the celebration, photography is a form of art.
That is the easiest example to defend.
