The irony is, in order to sue the USG, they have to ALLOW IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
No doubt their policy caused loads and loads of measurable damages.
If there aren’t enough spotted owls we need more owl spotters to spot more owls so we will get more spotted owls.
What major is pursued by those too dumb for STEM, real humanities studies, but just barely smart enough to evade “women’s studies and English”?
