I believe Cruz tilled a considerable amount of ground and forged some financial paths way back when he and Mike Lee put together the Senate Conservative Committee. Those two seemed from the beginning to have had a plan, albeit a loose plan, to simply try for the brass ring, but always keeping the best interest of the country first, navigating without burning too many bridges by show time.
Cruz is betting on the people. And, his wife may have helped him attract bigger money to saturate the people with what he believes and wants to do.
Well, impressive for a week... but it’s only 2 percent of what you need to run a presidential campaign nowadays.
The corporatists are funding Rove’s candidates while the citizen is funding Cruz...I bet this annoys the open borders big govt corporatists!
