Hillary Rodham Clinton was expected to launch her long-awaited presidential campaign on Sunday during the hours of the day when she could expect the least immediate pushback while most Americans were in church.
The campaign's internal schedule had called for a 12:00 noon tweet linked to a video revealing the worst-kept secret in America to more than 3 million online followers.
But shortly after noon, Democrat operatives in Iowa began telling reporters that there would be a delay. 'She's taking her time,' one told Daily Mail Online, 'trying to build anticipation.'
