Hillary Clinton: I’m ‘Going To Drink My Way Across Iowa’

Former Secretary of State and newly-announced presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should probably watch her phrasing after she told Iowans she planned to “drink [her] way across Iowa.”

No, she wan’t talking about alcohol. Clinton reportedly made the comments at a coffee house in Cedar Rapids.

“The big rallies and massive fundraising blitzes have to wait,” read the AP report on the stop. “Hillary Rodham Clinton is getting her 2016 campaign for president started with a few caffeinated beverages and says she’s ready to ‘drink my way across Iowa.’”

I agree. I figured she would have a fancy recreational vehicle with a toilet if she was really making this type of road trip.

I'm surprised the reporters are not trailing the van to find out who gets in or out of it. If she was stopping to use the facilities at rest stops and such, surely we would have had a Hillary sighting already.

This isn’t satire? First because of a typo her campaign kick-off statement read: ‘’She’s fought children and families all her career’’. I hope her opponents use that on her constantly. Now this? Man. I’ve said that from the day Benghazi happened; Obama and/or Hillary were, IMO, imbibing their mood-altering substances-of-choice at the time and neither were in any shape to go before cameras nor make decisions when people’s lives hung in the balance.

Also, Hillary’s head injury that happened around the time she was supposed to testify before some joke of a committee regarding Benghazi had all the earmarks of a falling-down drunk falling down and whacking her head on the counter. The same thing happened to a second cousin of mine who liked the sauce a bit too much, only he took the corner of the counter right in the center of the forehead and didn’t live through it.
