Yet an official December 2014 confab in Lima, Peru didn't really conclude anything -- certainly no binding Protocol to limit emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) -- but it "kicked the can down the road" to the next international gabfest in Paris, scheduled for 2015.

His tactics are like any totalitarian from Mussolini through Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Ho Chi Minh, the Castros etc. But the goal is destruction of American sovereignty and our country's subjugation to an unelected socialist "one world" ruling class under U.N. control.
He's trying the same thing with his so-called "framework" arms control agreement with Iran. He wants to neuter Congress and submit it to the U.N. Security Council for approval. That would bind future Presidents to its terms and would prevent Congress from overturning it.
Nearly everything he and his co-conspirators are doing is aimed at undermining our Constitutional government and putting the country under control of U.N. tyrants.
Yeah right. Congress do some thing other than fold like a cheep suit. They haven’t done a thing but give him all the money he wants to destroy this country!
The GOP does what the Chamber of Commerce tells them. In this case thats probably a good thing.
There has to be an ENFORCEABLE law in place for any business to comply with anything that would cause loss of revenues. Not said in a bad way. Just reality.
