Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz brought in $4.3 million during the first nine days of his presidential campaign, according to paperwork he filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

How does that compare to what Hillary already has?
Money is oxygen to campaigning. Ted is sucking the oxygen out of the crowded room of GOP candidates. Hopefully this will quickly “shorten” the list of candidates.
Just the other day it way said to be $31 million.
To the supporters of Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless - take THAT as the demonstration of true grass roots, not the Astroturf version that uses siphoned funds to cripple along with mamby-pamby video releases and scripted “gatherings” to which only the most carefully vetted “journalists” are allowed to view, but not ask questions.
María Eva Duarte de Perón (Evita) was a far more accessible person. And she had the good grace not to live on into old age.
That was the Cruz linked Super Pac’s not the campaign itself.
What are his donation totals as of today? Last total I read was something like 31.1 million or something in that range.
Two different things there is the official campaign donations and then you have Cruz supporting Super PACs.

I thought he raised $31 million in his first week.
Double that from the first week. Also, the most important point of the numbers is the amount coming from small donors under $100... Ted is creating a tidal wave of support from grass roots, which is going to bury the others at this rate.
We need to keep it going, I’m making another donation today and urging family to do the same.

See post #8 please.
I’m hearing numbers in the low BILLIONS that will be needed/spent in the 2016 campaign so this is a good start and a long ways away from that kind of bank.
A drop in the bucket compared to the upwards of $3 BILLION the office will cost the next winner...
Just the other day it way said to be $31 million.

Yeah, that’s what I heard as well. Is our State-Run media trying to downplay contributions to Cruz’s campaign?
The Cruz super-pac brought in $31M.
This is not the same as the Cruz campaign.
