John McCain may think Hillary Clinton is qualified to be president, but it doesnt mean he agrees with her on much of anything.
During an interview with CNNs Wolf Blitzer Monday, McCain said that while he believes she boasts the qualifications for the White House, her tumultuous tenure at the State Department isnt doing her any favors. The Arizona Senator said he could think of one success Clinton notched while at the helm in Foggy Bottom during President Barack Obamas first term in office.
I know when she was a senator, Hillary Clinton, you often worked closely with her. Do you believe shes qualified to the President of the United States? asked the CNN host.
Oh, I think shes certainly qualified, if you look at her background, McCain said. But I strongly disagree with many of the positions that she has taken. With her view of Americas role in the world. With her many failures as or let me say this, I cant think of one success that she achieved as four years as secretary of state.
One of the things weve lost around here is you can be friends with someone and still strongly disagree with them, McCain lamented. I have found I can still do that in the Senate, and I will find that to be true with Secretary Clinton. I have a good relationship with her but I strongly disagree with some of her actions, including the whole issue of the server.

"It is essential that we provide the president with the tools and resources he needs to effect change, and that starts with putting a national security team in place as soon as possible," said Sen. John [effing] Kerry, D-Mass., chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.
Obama's presidential rival, Sen. John McCain, was among those who spoke in Clinton's favor.
"This nation has come together in a way that it has not for some time," said the Arizona Republican, on the Senate floor for the first time since the inauguration.
Voters "want us to work together and get to work," McCain said.
[Spit !] McCain MUST Go !
Wasn’t he working hand in hand with her destroying Libya?
Remember, this is McCain. For him, these statements are earth-shaking. He’s outright abandoning her, and he’s a total RINO puppet. Someone with a lot of clout (maybe even herself, trying to hold onto donations while losing) seriously wants her gone.
She was very successful at wreaking destruction, which is what she and Obama are attempting to do.
When asked a follow-up, if he’d vote for her for president, McCain said, oh yeah, certainly, she’s qualified for that.
Hannity has been hammering this on the radio for two weeks or more. Hillary's advocateseven "neutral" oneshave been having hummnna-hummnna-hummnna moments afterwards! :)
