There is another story running in the area that the meat cannot be eaten because it wasn’t killed in an approved slaughter facility.

It may not be able to be sold. But the family and friends will eat well. And I bet they have lots of friends that will offer to take the meat off their hands. For free. And then give them a $4/pound “tip”.
