From when I was 3 years old in Gradyville Pennsylvania, I was taught that all people are equal. Tonight, watching what is going on in Baltimore, I realized they are not. I have never seen white people behave in such a manner. Black people are carrying on like a bunch of pack animals. They are not solving anything. They are a bunch of creeps just using the death of Freddy Grey as a reason to party.
As of today, I recognize the difference and it’s a big one. I am 71. I suddenly feel different about race.
I’m about thirty years younger than you, and I too was taught that all people are equal.
But it seems now that one demographic has a license to destroy the private property of others as a means of “expressing their anger” and another race is scared bleepless over being called racist for doing what must be done: put a stop to this crap using force.
I was not taught that and can't even imagine what that means. Certainly no support for that notion in our Constitution or the Bible.
