Sometimes they're called "African Americans" which they embrace wholeheartedly even though the Establishment gave them that name so that they wouldn't feel that the USA is their country. So that they would feel alienated from their own country. But they seem to like it....

white guy gets pulled from car after auto accident and gets brain damaged, we don’t riot.
white couple gets raped, girl gets chlorine poured down her throat and stuffed in mattress and dumped in trash, we don’t riot
two cops shot dead in NY, we don’t riot.
and on and on and on.
the soft bigotry of low expectations is what makes liberals and others think the blacks have a right to riot. It’s an insult to blacks.
