Do a google image search... should be fairly obvious. It’s a downward point in the hairline at the top of the forehead. Not everybody has one, but judging from Rehana’s live photo, she does.
I don’t believe much of anything, except that most of the propaganda we are fed is orchestrated to benefit interests and countries, while most certainly taking money from taxpayers and rights from citizens.

Honestly, the head in the ISIS photo looks Photoshopped to me. It has that "slightly blurry" look of a National Enquirer cover image.
The picture looks photoshopped, and a pretty poor effort at that. Probably cut and paste a picture of a woman’s face on to the man’s head (those are men’s bodies) that the haji was actually holding.

It looks like the truth may be in the photos you posted. Her photoshopped face is in a state of being alive. Compare to those dead faces impaled on a fence....dead open eyes...slack open mouths. A beheaded one never will have a closed mouth....
