I’m hoping that when the dust settles, those who lost property or suffered injuries as a result of the Mayor facilitated mayhem, will “let off a little steam”.

They won’t have to. Almost every insurance policy has an exclusion for damages due to riots etc.
Orchestrated, planned, organized, news media was right there, ready with their propaganda, as if the thing was NORMAL.

The rioters are rank-and-file following orders.
Where are the orders coming from ?

If they are not tried, convicted and strung up, and all their assets stripped by a court, they will continue to make a mockery of our government and use our own government and laws to bash us over the head, alternating with using mobs of rioters to bash us over the head, literally.
Anywhere you hear social justice from an organization - go see who its funders are and who sits on its board and see where those board members have spent their careers.
Social justice movements are about letting rank-and-file rioters know that they have the green light from government to riot.
Social justice movements even pervade MAINSTREAM CHRISTIAN CHURCHES.
They are wicked, evil, rotten scoundrels that need to be arrested, tried, convicted and strung up.
Because social justice movements - seeing how the greenlight rioting for the purpose of making a totalitarian crackdown appear somehow desireable - are treasonous.

The nerve of that idiot mayor to blame the media for playing the clip of her saying she was giving the rioters their time to destroy things and attack people.
Okay. Why? It would seem, that the Nation of Islam goals, towards irreconcilable differences, are being well portrayed and financed, by the known protagonist of human truth. Am I wrong, mistaken or just stupid?

Thinking logically, insurance companies cannot deny the claims because the mayor's actions, and actions of rioters, were not caused or permitted by the insured people. The insured persons could not prevent this development no matter how hard they tried. The only way for an insurance company to not pay is if the contract disclaims their responsibility in case of a riot. And even then it remains to be seen.
However insurance companies, after paying the claims, *will* sue the mayor, the police, and everyone else who could possibly influence the outcome. It's what they are supposed to do - to be a buffer between the injured party and the guilty party. They aren't going to just absorb the losses, especially considering that it's a lot of money. Given the unwise statements of the mayor and the reluctant response of the police, they'll have an excellent case.
In three months nobody will remember. The MSM doesn't dare mention it and when the idiot mayor's challenger brings it up none of her constituents will be listening.
