The Ferguson, NY, and Baltimore riots have all been orchestrated from the WH.
Now we know where the phrase “space to destroy” came from, and why the mayor didn’t recognize it as her own.

The police did state they were told to stand down.
I expect they will be punished for admitting that.
The anti-Free-America jarrett is probably in regular contact with the leader in Iran.
Didn’t you see the Kerry quote “wishing America had leaders like Iran”....?
Did Jarrett/Obama advise the Mayor to follow their ISIS strategy to stand down, lead-from-behind, let them ‘vent’ & they’ll go home?

Incidentally, Duh Mayor is Secretary of the Democratic National Committee. Hence she likely has frequent contact with the Sultan, the Lizard and other top Rat powers.
Of course ValJar is in regular contact with the mayor. Not only is the mayor high-profile because of the situation in Baltimore, but she has also gotten a party promotion to Secretary of the DNC.
VJ sure has here fingers in everything.
