I agree... he’s a drug dealer and he likely got what he deserved. But that doesn’t mean I buy this crazy story.

I've seen many videos of people arrested, doing crazy violent things trying to escape or just acting out. There's nothing unbelievable about him hurting himself.

Spinal surgery has been debunked, but even wearing a seat belt in a police bus I suspect a sufficiently drug-addled punk could manage a spinal injury on his own.
