These people are very organized and sponsored by someone with quite a lot of money. And the government knows what is going to happen, and when it’s going to happen.
These police departments are not “outflanked” like Baltimore claimed. They are allowing the the anarchy.
“Ordo ab chao.” And they want their kind of order, not ours.
They’d like you to think this was all spontaneous, but they are organized and someone is funding the protest.

It always does cost money and resources........but these people have no thought to more than being “among” to enjoy the shared chaos of the party......Most have no purpose in their live...these protests give them a “false” short-lived sense of significance......til the next protest.

BAltimore’s had 20 years of black leadership over the last 28 years’.

Needs more stigma. Return to food stamps, a separate line in the supermarket, fresh foods only.
Make the food stamps as large as roadmaps, and would need to be unfolded and separated.

The Baltimore riot of 1861 (also called the Pratt Street Riot and the Pratt Street Massacre) was a conflict on April 19, 1861, in Baltimore, Maryland, between anti-War Democrats (the largest party in Maryland), as well as Confederatesympathizers, and members of the Massachusetts militia en route to Washington for Federal service. It produced the first deaths by hostile action in the American Civil War.[1]

Aside from that ....maybe her parents will catch this photo and help her get a life back..clearly being there looking like that ...she doesn’t.
