The charges were announced before the arrest warrants were processed. Seems odd to me.

I don’t know if they should have been charged or not, but this is setting a TERRIBLE precedence where the rioting of thugs results in the legal consequence they were seeking.

The only people after this who remain on the job will be dog shooters and old people slammers.

WHY be a cop if you cant arrest drug dealers..?

Why not? The guillotine is all set, before the verdict is in as well.

Where does the grand jury come into play? Or, is there one in Maryland?

They both expressed hopes that the officers would be convicted.

I suppose we shouldn't expect those of the ignorant third world mindset to understand that determining guilt or innocence are what trials are for, not punishing those you hate.

Perhaps the police union will order a work slow down? No arrests, etc.

You would think that the prosecutors would have read all the speculation and rumors on the internet by street corner forensic experts and hobbyist orthopedic surgeons before filing charges.

It’s a good sign they charged all of the officers... it will assist in getting to the bottom of this, as those not culpable will have the impetus to speak honestly. Even if it means it was an “accident” and not malicious intent.

I bet the officers are going to be strapped in for their direct ride to central booking

These guys will never get a fair trial in Baltimore City. Hell, even the cops don't arrest black criminals like they used to because of racial jury nullification. I read one study where only two percent of black defendants in Baltimore are found guilty of the original charges when tried in front of a black jury. Move the trials outside of Baltimore, and that conviction rate goes up to over 60 percent.

Add massive witness tampering, snitches get stitches and less than enthusiastic prosecutors to the list, and you end up with a police force that does not arrest black criminals. The juries refuse to convict them and so they run wild in the streets. Crime is down in Baltimore simply because arrests are down. Blacks don't get arrested for beating down whites so there is an epidemic of black on white crime in Baltimore. The city is worse off than when I lived there and I didn't think that was even possible.

I look forward to seeing the murder charges for the VA employees who let Veterans die while in their care.

Is this the same jail that houses the Black Guerrilla Family members who corrupted some of the female security guards?

Maryland “Freak State” DANG!
