Shhhhhhhhhhhh. Let's keep that (truth) down. We wouldn't want to disturb all the conservative elites who believe bad schools and bad Dem governments keep them down. The truth that black people keep themselves down must be kept a secret. Too many heads might explode otherwise.

Exactly. Google 'failing American cities' to see the common characteristics! For example: Detroit. Driven to bankrupcy, providing only a temporary solution...the voters remain the same. They will elect the same charlatans and it will repeat. I am not sure there actually is a solution.
