During a large rally in front of Baltimore’s City Hall, a young man introduced as “Brother Rose,” in winding and sometimes incoherent speech, praised the burning of a CVS store at the corner of Pennsylvania and North Avenues. “America didn’t care until we started affecting things they profit from… What we saying, ‘Let’s get you out of our communities.’”
He also said, “Without us running (unintelligible) Mondawmin Mall [the site of mass looting on Monday], taking back from the stores that have taken our dollars for how long, and not giving back to the community in any type of way. We made a statement. The world heard us then. They heard that the youth of Baltimore are going to get justice by any means necessary.”(continued)

I have been busy imagining that.
I am retired and my wife and I love traveling around our country. I make a point to avoid what I believe are bad areas. We travel from one campground/resort to the next while towing our Airstream trailer.
I am always armed and I pay close attention to our ever changing environment. It’s always been sidearms that we pack, but I am beginning to think that I might start carrying my AR and shotgun as well.
It is ridiculous to be forced to think in these terms, but there are simply too many brutal events going on in our country and the outright threats directed at whites are mounting with each passing day.

Apparently Mayor Stephanie agrees with this dude. She thought so little of the neighborhood that she told the police to let them destroy it. “It’s just property.”
I definitely stay armed where I’m at and usually when I travel. Not always with my pistol (I usually carry according to federal law since I don’t have my CCW yet). But I always have something to defend myself.

I wonder what the loss due to employee theft was at that store.
How many of those areas of Africa that have prospered were not influenced by Western Civilization? I can’t think of any. They are rich in abundant natural resources, but lack the motivation to use those resources to improve their standard of living.
I can understand the Negro immigrants dismay at the situation among those who were American born. They, hopefully, will come to realize that the liberal welfare state is the root cause, and what it has done to Black families.
It's not fair if they achieve immense profits at the expense of people whose lives are just fine and don't want the impact from dislocated low-income, low work ethic urbans. A much better solution would be to bring manufacturing back to the US, and provide those jobs for the disenfranchised population.
Profit is fine. Profit at the expense of others is not.
I feel sorry for the black woman who lost her job as the CVS burned and then her house, which the blacks ALSO burned.
For the rest, we should quarantine the area and leave them to it.
People in the inner city shouldn’t buy things from people who sell for a PROFIT.
I almost wish that the rioters would bus on down to DC.
Take it to the plantion bosses.
What you need stores for? The governmint gives you everything.
Why would any other community want these people shopping at their stores after they’ve burned up the ones in their own neighborhoods?
Everyone can complain that someone else’s profit was at their expense.

Let them destroy all their own stores and other businesses. Then wall off the whole area and permit no one in or out.
Don’t pretend you were not arguing that the race was the problem... racism is not tolerated here
