Earlier today the police approached a man on the street in Baltimore suspected of carrying a firearm. Before the police could reach him the man took off running. During the pursuit the suspects handgun either fell, or was dropped, as he fled. The suspects gun went off when it hit the ground. Fortunately no-one was hit by the discharge. The man was tackled by the chasing officers and then, out of an abundance of caution, transported via ambulance.
No police officer fired their weapons. No-one was shot. The only firearm discharge was from the fleeing suspect as his firearm hit the ground.
Now watch this video of how a female “eye-witness”, injected her perception of the event, and quickly reported it to the media and enraged the community. Passionate, angry, tearful and adamant about what she witnessed.

This hysterical drama queen should be held accountable for her lies. Too bad she was not interviewed by police at the scene so she could be booked for lying to the police. I am sick and tired of these career victims and their theatrics.
This women is so stupid she probably still does not believe the true account of what happened. If she had actually witnessed as much as she claimed, she couldn’t have possibly missed the guy pulling a gun from his wasteband and dropping it on the sidewalk where it still was lying in plain sight. How can anybody believe one word of these agenda driven scumbags who are just looking for any excuse to start more riots.
Michael Berry had this on his radio talk show this afternoon out of Houston. Apparently the first to release the news was Greta Van from FOX shortly before 2 p.m. and then Shepherd Smith and some other idiot ran with it. Absolutely no one did any fact checking - all rushing to be the first to falsely report that a Black youth was shot in the back while running away from the police. Good grief!

The only way we seem to be able to fight against this nonsense is as events happen..because our government is going full bore otherwise to re-shape this entire country to something it isn’t...but is ‘fast’ becoming.
Our politicians are so on board with all this that I cannot see them opposing in any way but talking points...no action......they are ‘unbelievable’.
I have mentioned that I don’t see currently God raising up any leaders that will oppose this...except Cruz and those with him...and even if Cruz gets the Presidency...Obama is moving rapidly to bring in hoards of Muslims...

Eye witness testimony is extremely credible, but only after 2 witnesses may the charges be admitted in the Old Testament.
Of course, the penalty for a false witness was the same penalty as the false witness, so the number of murder charges were substantially lower than today.

Who lies more, them or cops? It might be a close race.
Eyewitness testimony is some of the least reliable evidence there is, yet despite that fact juries give it a lot of weight. The fewer witnesses I have to put on the stand the better. Unfortunately, very few people take the oath seriously and they perjure themselves far more often than most people would like to believe.
Difference here is that she is not mistaken, she is out and out down right lying like others have done when it comes to cops.
Good Grief. There need to be some repercussions for this. He was basically inciting a riot, telling everyone to tweet out false information and telling them to come to the scene.
It’s true. The gun that he dropped went off and was still lying in plain sight on the sidewalk.
