I can't wait to hear the details of how this traffic cop took down those two who had assault rifles AND body arm with just a handgun. He has to be a crack shot and is known for that. In order to keep some radical leftist from killing him, they can't publish much. The REAL story here is the accuracy with which a lot of individuals in Texas can shoot.

An alternate story going around is that a SWAT sniper on overwatch did the tango termination. A SWAT team was waiting inside the venue. The SOP would not be to have the sniper playing cards in the ready room with the breachers during a one night event. He would be on overwatch with his spotter. Seems more likely to me as well. Either way, good shootin', Tex.

I spend a good deal of time at a shooting range in Texas and I will vouch for the accuracy of the shooters here. Very impressive and very intimidating.
One of the guys with whom I shoot hss his guys machine his bullets on cnc equipment. One afternoon at the range, one hole.
