Yes it is islamic/muzzie. It is well vetted as fact. (I agree when Bent Billy Clinton wagged his finger it was definitely a condescending thing). Barry is just giving a ‘shout out’ to his fellow muzzies when he does it. There are a lot of pics of muzzies flashing their finger in the air ‘gang’ sign on the net. There are a few of those ‘finger’ pics earlier in this very thread.

Sin angers Him on general principle but this sin is expressly singled out for exceptionally severe judgment.
