In an unrelated note, how do you say good riddance in English?
Four plus months later and there’s still no autopsy report? Smells like someone can’t get the test results to match their agenda.
Every “altercation” with police carries the possibility of death. You can’t subdue violent criminals and treat them with kid gloves at the same time.
Chris Rock should make a new video — “How not to get chained to a chair by the cops”
.
I guess cops while they are being attacked need to ask for a thugs medical records now before they subdue him. “Excuse me sir, while you are bashing my face in, do you have an health issues? Diabetes? Asthma? Heart conditions that may put you in peril as I take you down?”
I am definitely not a fan of today’s “black community,” but this stuff has to stop! If there was a crime committed here, I hope those involved pay a heavy price. The cops need to understand they are not above the laws they are sworn to uphold.
I bet you that “altercation” was no more than him fighting back to cops already intent on beating him.
“Every altercation with police carries the possibility of death.”
Wow, even when you’re stopped for a broken tail light?
Well, at least it’s not racist. It looks like 7 of the 9 cops were black.
It’s STILL racist, silly.
They are White blacks.
I think you might want to learn what the word altercation means.
Just some advice.
The thugs are acting like this now because they are being encouraged by the Kenyan in Chief. That’s why they resist, run away, refuse to comply, shoot at cops. “Yo man, Mista Obama say F tha Poh-leeeese!” I’m white and I use to drive a cab in New York city, cops back then use to pull me over all all all all the time not to mention quite a few times when I use to walk to work at 4 am and they would ask me where I was going, ask for ID, sometimes even search me. They thought one time I was involved in an assault. Oh yes, and one time pulling me over in my personal car and coming to the window with their guns pointed at my head demanding I keep my hands on the dashboard because they thought I was driving a stolen car. Not ONCE did I EVER not comply or talk back. So why are so many blacks doing it? Because they are being ENCOURAGED to! When you got the President of the United States backing you, you feel invincible.
I’ve been pulled over in my younger years by some pretty tough New Jersey cops. With the boots and the scowl. They hated us NYers.
I NEVER gave them a reason to make a move on me because i knew what would happen
They even arrested me one time for DWI. I told them i only had one beer but they swore i had 10. Handcuffed me and took me to prescient they were so sure i was going to be arrested. I breathed a 0.00 or close. Had the one beer maybe an hour and a half earlier by then.
Bo were they mad. Took me back to car and kicked me to the curb,
I’m too heavy now to survive an altercation so i would never EVER talk back now.
After you provided them no probable cause to arrest you?
So are you um....defending them?
Just one of those things??
So they falsely accused you, harassed you, and if I read you right, abused you in the end just to let you know Who's Boss, and now you meekly want to just submit, because you don't want to provoke them?
Do you really think that's the way America was intended to be? Just another Tyranocracy, where un-elected thugs push everyone else around?
The cops are ordinary people. They have no such power to act that way and in fact it should be disqualifying. Police integrity should be paramount to distinguish us from the corrupt Banana republics of Latin America.
It serves no common good to dismiss it as "just the way they are".
Restraint chairs are commonly used for subjects whose behavior is so out of control, they are a danger to themselves and others. Likely, the issue here is whether these deputies followed all the procedures involved in using this device. Getting fired over it suggests they were egregiously violating policy or...you know...politics.
No it was awful!! I had the mother of all anxiety attacks!!
I’m a nervous wreck to begin with :) Having the cuffs on was terrifying.
I wanted to sue and my lawyer brother laughed at me. Said based on what?
We can vote for change but instigating them and ending up in a wheelchair possibly wasn’t going to do anyone any good.
Especially me.
Riots begin in 3... 2... 1...
