Why doesn’t he point to the successes of the Soviet Union or China as models he would like to follow?
Pray America is waking

"College education is free in those countries. That makes a lot of sense to me.
Wow, all those teachers and administrators work for nothing just to provide a college education for everyone?
To: bray
Oh, those were just the wrong people to implement socialism.
Bernie and his appointed people will do it right this time.

All of the “free stuff” has to be paid for. When another person who is not your child has a claim on your money, you are a slave to that person.

Yeah. America is such a sucky country compared to others that people ride on tops of trains, turn their homes into rafts, stow away in wheel wells of airliners or otherwise sneak into this God-forsaken craphole of a country with its sh*tty healthcare and underfunded schools.
The weird thing is, most of them are coming here FROM countries that have embraced Socialism for decades.

"When we talk about Democratic socialism, I think it is important to realize that there are countries around the world, like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, who have had social democratic governments on and off for many, many years. And we can learn a whole lot from some of those countries,
Yes, we can.
1. They are bankrupt.
2. They are being destroyed by uncontrolled immigration.

But unreported Sanders said in the same interview that the ‘real unemployment rate’ is 11% which contradicts Obama and MSNBC’s bragging about it being at 5%, historic low.
Dems claims about Obama’s wonderful economy contradicts libs like Sanders basis for all these freebees,
Just get a job.
MSNBC and Obama claim there are plenty of them.

Well, eventually we’ll achieve that level of altruism,
where everyone provides goods and services to everyone else out of their own goodness,
but until then, we can always force them to.

SOME of those countries. Do tell, Bernie. Which ones can we learn from? How does Denmark's Socialism work different from Norway's? Sweden's from Finland's? Venezuela's from Cuber's?
Take your time, Bernie. We have 15 months or so.

So many horse apples in one article, so little time.
For Example:
..., the United States is the only major country on earth that doesnt guarantee healthcare to all people as a right. And if you look at the healthcare systems in those countries, you know what, not only that they cover all their people, much more cost-effective than we are. We end up spending almost twice as much as they do, he said.
Now unless you have a
RIGHT to somebody else's labor, the time and money they spent acquiring the knowledge and skills to be a doctor, nurse, PA or EMT, you do NOT have a RIGHT to healthcare without it being paid for.
Since all these professionals can't work for free this implies you have a RIGHT to taxpayer $$ to pay for your healthcare.
Finally, since there isn't an infinite supply of "healthcare" somebody at some point will necessarily be denied some procedure, or medicine they may feel they need. In other words, this RIGHT must be rationed in some way. If not by ability to pay, then by some faceless bureaucracy somewhere in the bowls of the HHS dept (or the IRS). Since we're now regulating this RIGHT, it kind of proves that it really isn't a RIGHT after all, more like a government granted privilege, the same way driving is a privilege. When government gives you a privilege, that same government reserves the right to revoke that privilege anytime it sees fit.

This time I suggest we believe the socialist will do what he says and vote for someone else.
