This might be caused by the forced segregation in Minneapolis/St. Paul. The city fathers stupidly built the ghettos too far away from the forced labor camps. Poor infrastructure planning.
I heard about it. Ham lake is very close. I know blaine swallowed it hook line and sinker.
If you do the math, a Hispanic transit user takes about 3 minutes longer per trip than a white transit user.
It is obviously a microaggression involving white privilege.
There’s still some free cities in the north; Oak Grove, Columbus, Ham Lake etc.
East bethel is not one. They have their “ispectors” out inspecting and sending nasty letters to homes they feel are not in complaince with their rules.
