I’m no history buff but even I’ve heard about Chlorine gas. It’s one of the Cs in NBC weapons (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical).

We have to excuse Obama’s lack of knowledge about World War I as I’m sure his boyhood mentors only spoke about the glorious Bolshevik Revolution, Vladimir Lenin, and the rise of Communism during that time in history.

I’ve noticed that Obama has entered a realm where he will say anything, no matter how outrageous, just to fill up space. He knows that no one will hold him accountable, not the press, not the Republicans, and what he says is supposed to be credible merely because he is president, and most Americans can not believe that a president will look them in the eye and lie, or hate America.
Actually, looking again, it’s not a feedbag, because it doesn’t even go over their lower jaw. So it must be some time of protective gear.
Chlorine was the first chemical weapon used in WW-I.
Chlorine is “a weapon of mass destruction” according to the UN. and is banned from production and use by various treaties. Our POTUS is an idiot and refuses to take responsibility for anything he says. He is worthless as a leader and has lost the respect for the US that most of the world had prior to him gaining office.
Chlorine gas has so many manufacturing and other legitimate uses that it is not considered a weapon in various NBC weapons treaties. That will be the Obama spin.
Don’t think, to this day, they know what chlorine gas is in Kenya.....
If you’re trying to protect the horse from chlorine or even phosgene, dunking that bag in water would have some utility.
The whole thing comes across as faintly ridiculous, though.
