As long as the Dictator agrees with it, it is okey dokey.

Brown would be better served in trying to plan to address the aftermath of the coming earthquake disaster that will hit his state on a scale he, nor his ilk, could ever conceive.

A law must be passed soon outlawing idiot States like Californian and Illinois from being bailed out by more responsible States. The rest of us don't care how silly they are as long as we don't have to pay for it.

The goal of the cuts is to line the pockets of Brown and his cronies.

There. Fixed it.

By 2020 the Atlantic multi-decadal oscillation will have flipped completely to its cold phase, and the Artic ice will have returned to 1970s level. I hope I live long enough to see it.

Meanwhile, China, the worlds most populace country and worlds largest polluter, chugs on unhindered.

Hey Governor Moonbeam, maybe you didn't get the memo, but the bulk of Californias pollution problem, is actually smog from China.

Raise taxes so that 10 million Californians leave and go breathe someplace else.

Seems like a plan.

Only if the 10 million sign a pledge in their new location to NEVER, EVER say, “That’s not how we did it in Cali.”.

Take it to court.

States cannot enter into treaties or pacts with nations nor with other states in the union individually.

At the rate California is going with their water shortages, one match and there will be more CO2 than all the World’s plants could handle. Planetary extinction from Calisphixiation would be one for the record books.

So the southern states are not allowed to protect their border since that’s the fed’s job, but CA can sign treaties with other countries?
