Personally, I hope she makes it to 2017. I know she won’t ever retire before then. Democrats are to selfish. At least Obama won’t be able to nominate a younger liberal zealot to replace her.

Hopefully, that task will fall to a Republican President.

The Constitution mentions marriages?

Or would that NOT be one of the ‘enumerated powers’ left to the states, or to the people.

Ginsburg is evil and stupid and a disgrace to decency.

Traitors rarely do.

They have reached ctirical mass, so the masks (and the gloves) are coming off.

You don’t have to be “impartial” when you “know you are right.”

This is what this once-great Republic has come to. Not just the mediocre, but the incompetent and fatally flawed, rise to the top of government.

She has not died of cancer yet?

the fault is in the President who nominated her and the 103rd Senate (D) at the time that confirmed her....the Senate republicans did not do enough to deny her confirmation.

everyone knew what she would be.

She has not died of cancer yet?

Pretty sure she kicked off several years ago, but as with all lower life forms, their nervous system is quite rudementary and it takes a while for the brain to acknowledge that the body has died.

I pray for no deaths or retirements on the Court before January 20, 2017. I'd love to see a patriotic woman who knows the Constitution and values liberty replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We just need to find a woman who knows and respects the Constitution and belongs on the Court based on merit, not on genitalia.

More correctly, they are so close to reaching critical mass. So close yet so far away.

Liberal politics versus America and the Constitution is somewhat like a high-cost experimental project that has not produced many positive tangible results and is facing the serious prospect of defunding. They are becoming foaming at the mouth desperate having child-like fits hoping the voters not want them angry and will let them continue.

Agree. We all know, I think, that should Ruth retire Obama will go with the next minority on the list. He’s already installed a lesbian and an Hispanic....you can guess what’s next on the list. I even think he’ll take a page from Atlanta’s Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) history and put a former welfare mama on the board/court. He is all about in-your-face revenge.

Mediocrity in our leaders leads to apathy in our citizens.
