M-4’s are select fire and fitted with a 14.5” barrel,the posted picture does appear to have a sear pin (which would be directly above the safety selector) and the barrel also appears to be 16” judging by the fact that the hand guard is long enough to cover the gas block. I would suggest that the picture is of a civilian AR-15 type carbine, and not an M4.

Anytime there's a biker war and members loose life there's always going to be retribution....this is an on going turf war between rival gangs so reasons have been established long before this event. Will this escalate their war, probably.... and may take time before there will be payback...but with or without this event the rival war will continue and people will die. It's the lifestyle and the way they work. No different then the gangs on the street turf wars.....these simply ride bikes.
