No, not an opinion, just a set of facts that must be inconvenient for you since you seem to want to walk right past them:

1. Ted Cruz does not believe it is OK for the NSA to take your emails without a Warrant.
2. Scott Walker believes that the NSA has every right to take your emails without a Warrant.

One really believes in the Constitution, including the 4th amendment, the other, apparently, has not read the Constitution or will have trouble taking the oath to defend and protect the constitution if he were ever given the opportunity.
