Since they did not and do not, Kabuki. Nothing more. This admin. doesn’t redact McDonalds receipts as a matter of course. Everyone outside the beltway knows this. It defies sense that a judge does not.

Your problem is that you are thinking under the old paradigm where everyone was held to the same standard as in a country ruled by laws vs the new paradigm where we are a country of elites and little people. Right, and those are redacted AFTER Hillary’s lawyers deleted all the emails she didn’t want to show anyone. So they can’t claim they are just redacting “personal” information, because Hillary said they already deleted all of that.
If a Sec State never sends any classified or sensitive emails how could she possibly do the job?

Because classification is not the only reason to redact an e-mail. The reg that is used to determine if something is releasable on a Freedom of Information Act request has 9 criteria for denying release (some reasons to deny are: personal privacy data like home addresses and social security numbers, medical information, info that is law-enforcement sensitive, restricted by specific laws like the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, etc.). I had to apply this reg because in a former job, contractors would often try to get me to release other contractors’ proprietary data in response to their FOIA requests.
In reply #15, I just latched onto your use of the word “classified”. You’re right that other informations that is sensitive (meets criteria to deny a FOIA request) shouldn’t be on private computers and sent over non-govt e-mail accounts.
If you or I had an email server in out house and had been found to be sending classified or even FOUO email through it and refused to give up the server we would be visiting Leavenworth for an extended visit. She should be in jail, IMHO.

They are saying at the time they were sent they were not “classified” however, FBI has now determined the information is classified so they redacted the information. See how that works? FBI is covering her butt all the way. Nothing will come of this because Hillary has files on members of Congress.
Just imagine if this had been a Republican Sec of State running for President.

2. Hillary Clinton has committed MANY multiples of federal felonies with this server thingee. She isn't going to spend one second in jail - in fact, she'll most likely be the Democratic candidate for president.
3. Lois Lerner committed bucketloads of federal felonies. Has she been arrested yet?
4. John Koskinen committed federal felonies by lying to Congress. Has he been arrested yet? Will he EVER be arrested? No.

What the news hasn’t addressed is: what happens if you’re talking about something benign that becomes classified later? Now you have classified data all over your Hotmail account. This is happening with Hillary right now. That is why the govt. is so hard-over about using govt. networks ONLY talking official business. The redactions show conclusively that Hillary has sensitive material on her home-server e-mail. You damn well know every two-bit intelligence agency in the world has it now.
Good lord this woman is an idiot. She’s been in govt. this long and not only shoots herself in the foot, she reloads and keeps on shooting.
