“Never forget what today is all about.”

Absolutely!

I had forgotten about the lanterns at Pearl Harbor until they mentioned it on Fox and Friends this morning.

On other holidays some FReepers have complained about Google’s home page and how it has no relation at all to the holiday, or perhaps a lame attempt at it. I don’t Google, I only use bing.com; and, they always have an appropriate picture for the holiday (I like their pictures every day and it can be educational if one wants to click on the boxes and learn more - for those that aren’t familiar with bing). They have a beautiful picture of the lanterns at Pearl Harbor on their main page today:

We wouldn’t even have a country if it weren’t for brave and honorable men like your son. All the best to you and your family. Be forever proud.
