Your top photo looks to me like the bikers fell on the ground to avoid the shooting. (Piled on top of each other, trying to get behind/under the cars.) And then the cop yelling to “spread em” - or perhaps that was more by instinct by the bikers. (That’s what I’d do!)
The cop is facing downrange and exposed. Many of the bikers are looking in the direction the cop is looking. I’m guessing that was the direction all the action was at the time.
Travis is pretty perceptive about a creeping Fed-militarization of what used to be local gendarmes. It’s hard to say no to being bribed with your own Federal taxes, after all.
With a force as malevolent as Barack Obama now behind what GWB set into motion, it appears wise to verify the facts if they tell us the sun came up in the east in the morning.

I listened to Alex Jones. He says it is Soros that is funding all this anti-cop rhetoric.
Soros wants to ruin the credibility of the police on his way to creating anarchy in the U.S.

From what I have read it seems the police are the ones who did most of the killing it not all. I would not make that bet if I was you.
The cops don't need any help from Soros in ruining their credibility, they've done a damn fine job all by themselves.
