As unanswered questions and controversy mount over the shooting outside a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas, there is a growing movement by motorcycle riders to protest what they see as troubling overreach by the authorities.
Breitbart Texas has previously reported on a number of inconsistencies in the story that Waco Police have told about the deadly incident. There’s a growing awareness that there seems to be much more to the story than originally reported, and bikers are taking action.
The Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) — a political group focused on biker rights — has issued a Call To Action, urging citizens to contact law enforcement and politicians. The CoC&I has a direct connection to the Waco events, because the shooting happened outside their scheduled meeting at Twin Peaks. As the group says on its webpage:
This was a Confederation of Clubs and Independents meeting solely intended to discuss legal and political issues. It was not, as has been reported, a gang meeting to discuss turf. COC meetings have been occurring in Texas and nationwide for decades without a single violent incident. The myth being purported is simply false.
Video from inside the restaurant clearly shows the vast majority of bikers running away from the shooting and even helping civilians get to safety. Remember, law enforcement was on the scene and should have a clear picture of aggressors and victims. This should not be a guessing game. But it appears that the Waco PD arrested the majority of eyewitnesses and rights activists present at a publicly promoted political event.

The wrong side was immediately trashing the cops with Trayvon, Michael Brown and Baltimore only to be proved wrong. Assuming innocence is the right side, especially for cops.
Being on the side of meth dealers or black thugs is the wrong side.
What is your take on
1. The “wall of silence” from Waco 13 days out.
2. The mass arrests of 170 (with 115 coming back as having no criminal convictions) and the imposition of $1,000,000 bonds.

The smell associated with the Waco Twin Peaks shootings is really bad.
Lets hope that it will be fully exposed. I’m not sure that will happen, especially if the BATF is involved.

We were not on the wrong side. I’ve posted several articles exposing lies form Waco PD on this. I was not aware that the BATF were there in the beginning.

If the body next to the red arrow “from SWAT” is “Richie” Richard Matthew Jordan II, the pictures are also consistent with the testimony of the Cossack who escaped the scene, and with the LE admission that they fired at armed bikers who were killing other bikers.
It makes sense that they would have aimed in the directions indicated because that is where the shooters were.
The Cossack said that at least three Cossacks were shot by Bandidos in the parking lot and we do see four bodies there.
Still looking, but it seems the pictures are consistent not only with your hypotheses but the other testimony.
You were equally upset with the length of time it took to find the truth of Michael Brown. I see nothing wrong with it considering these thugs may have pointed guns at cops.

If Bandidos shot 3 Cossacks and police were shooting those shooting, where are the Banididos casualties? None of the dead were Bandidos. 8 were Cossacks and 1 was unaffiliated.

I have looked for and not found the club affiliation of all the dead by name. In the different versions I have seen (including yours) there were variously 1 to 2 Bandidos (or 1 a Bandido affiliate).
ALSO I have not seen the club affiliation of all the wounded. Presumably some of the wounded were Bandidos.

The poster at conservativetreehouse who did this analysis also concluded that it was consistent with the Cossack witness account.

This piece starts shortly after the shooting started. [According to the restaurant video reviewed by AP, the shooting started at 12:24.]
I would welcome anyone who could transcribe the entire thing should they so desire. I didn’t hear anything corresponding to your quote, nor anything to indicate an LE operation gone wrong.
The above audio is between the scene and the dispatcher. They are calling for back up units, anyone who can respond, telling back up not to report to Twin Peaks because it is still hot. Telling ambulance to stage because is still hot. etc.
