We’ve reached a tipping point as younger Americans hit adulthood.
And I use that term loosely.
Amorality is the so-called “new morality”.
I keep reading how many Millineals are not having all the shop around sex their parents did, certainly not as much as their grandparents the notorious Boomers. I read how this younger generation, now faced with a poor job market, has become more frugal and has begun to save their money for an apartment or whatever. I hear that teen girls today are far less likely to have a baby out of wedlock compared to recent past generations. So not all the trends are negative.
More evidence, as if any were needed, that America is dead.
These national polls never ask me.
Given that so many of these surveys turn out to be fraudulent, i will not trust something so drastic and timely. It smells of social manipulation.
What about sex BEFORE marriage? Does that fall in the same category as sex OUTSIDE marriage?
I’ve always said it should cost a lot to get married. Each side should have to pay a huge dowry. It would make a person think before he or she says “I do” when they know “they don’t”. I said “I do” numerous times when I knew “I didn’t”. But I said it anyway and lived to regret it.
