I sure can! Realizing that Rand Paul is not the favorite of this conservative forum, he’s a pretty sharp guy and has the advantage of drawing from his dad’s political experience. There is logic in his approach of appealing to a diverse coalition of voters who are very concerned about the spying issue and others, who will see Paul as one who stands up for principles they believe strongly in, whether they are nominally R, D, or I.
