Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) was set to announce Monday that he will run for president in 2016, adding to a crowded Republican field one of the party's most aggressive national security voices in a campaign that has so far focused often on foreign policy.
Graham's decision, widely expected in recent weeks, is the culmination of months of exploration. He launched an exploratory committee in January called "Security Through Strength," a reflection of his position as one of the most hawkish figures in the Republican Party.

Obviously, he wanted that to be seen.
Not that we’re surprised, mind you.

I think Lindsey’s “eye-roll” is due to Rand wearing a red tie with a blue shirt and green jacket - knowing that a floral-pattern tie would do the trick....

Will McCain move into the White House if Graham wins? How can they be apart? But, my response to Graham runnng: so what, no one cares.
Jeb needs Graham to peel away the “That’s MY Senator!” votes in the SC primary to lower the winning percentage for him. Just like he needs Kasich to peel off the “That’s MY Gov!” votes in Ohio and Huckabee to peel off the “He’s Godlier than the rest!” Christian fundamentalist votes in all states.
