In April, a teenager was attacked by a cheetah when he tried to cut through the park on his bicycle, reported local outlet, News24.

Not surprising.

Cheetah = max 70 mph Bicycle = max 45 mph

Assuming constant velocities, if we knew the original distance between them, and the angle of pursuit, we could use simple math to approximate the length of time it took for the cheetah to catch the bicyclist.

Unless we're using Common Core math that is...
