I have an idea. Rebuild the former agricultural industry. A casino and some hotels. Then they can be disassembled and the materials sold. That would help the locals. Of course Hamas will steal the aid before building the greenhouses to be looted.

Yes, Gaza needs economic development, so how about an idea that doesn't come from the insane clown posse?

Throw out Hamas. End the war with Israel. No more missiles. Instead of spending all the foreign aid on war, spend it for economic development and projects to aid ordinary Gazans.

You might even find that after a period of no missile sirens going off, Israel would relax some controls.
