Reminds me of when my out of state daughter & family came to visit, I hadn't seen her in almost a year. The first thing I asked her was, "are you pregnant again"? Answer, No dad, I'm just fat"! Than it got worse.
I learned a lesson. Never, never ask a woman if she's pregnant, even if she looks like she's ready to drop a kid any minute now.
Word of advice: If I were you, I'd reconsider that view.
I go up to skinny women and ask "So, when's the baby due?"

It took 51 posts to reach common sense on this thread. The fact that so many posters here are either crowbar-ready or nearly crowbar-ready to "defend my mom", or whatever... I'm sure that's the way it is in Detroit and Baltimore.

I give the guy thumbs up for saying it to her face. I give two thumbs up to the guy who gave him the azz whipping. And the people who said the guy had no business about her weight, they are all right.
Can’t say anything nice then don’t say anything at all unless you are on the internet on a thread or chat room or out of ear shot (i.e behind closed doors).

It’s different because she is telling others how to live. Most of us don’t like government trying to micromanage our lives.
