Hundreds of Cuban criminals are released onto the streets of the U.S. every year because that nation wont take them back even though the Obama administration is trying to broker a more open relationship with the communist island nation.
Its a quirk of immigration law known as Zadvydas cases, after a 2001 Supreme Court ruling that said the government cannot detain immigrants indefinitely if their home countries wont take them back.
Cuba, China and Vietnam regularly top the list, but even some countries that are supposed to be closer partners, such as Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, are refusing to quickly accept some of their citizens whom the U.S. is trying to deport.

Fly over Cuba and parachute them in. Force them back.
Do the same with those from other countries.
The worse their crimes the older their parachutes.

Pass laws; cutting all welfare benefits to non-citizens, making it illegal for primary schools and colleges that are receiving federal funding to enroll illegal aliens.
Pass law that repeals birthright citizenship.
Allow hospitals to turn away illegals.
Just for starters.
If they cant work and cant get welfare or free healthcare they will go back home.
Why not fly them into Mexico?

So you come to America and have your kid......but you and your wife or partner are not Americans citizens. Makes zero sense.

To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
Clearly the Legislature has the power to decide how immigrants are to become citizens.
Any sane reading of the 14 Amendment recognizes that it was written to establish the citizenship of former slaves.
Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
Children born of non-citizens are subject to the jurisdiction of the home country of their parents and not to the United States. If the 14th had intended birthright citizenship those words would not be there.

You might not particularly agree with how the court came down on the wording, but it isn’t utter nonsense, and the route out is clear: Constitutional amendment. No other country in the world is expected to be this sort of doormat.
Or send them to Gitmo then “accidentally” open the “wrong” door and see to it that they “accidentally” wander back into Cuba.
