I warned everyone that he was a fraud at the very beginning. It is actually sad that I am right and that everyone is having egg on their face. It is ashamed but you can’t force people to see the writing on the wall...they have to see it for themselves. I find it hilarious that it is happening so soon. I thought it was going to happen early 2016. Glad that it didn’t happen if God forbid he got the nomination which was just a silly dream for some and not realistic at all. Now hopefully everyone puts their brains back into this primary and get behind the REAL candidate, Governor Walker.

Quoting people on why they think free trade with other countries is a good thing is not the same as saying we should vote for this agreement AS IT EXISTS.

I really like Cruz, still think he's our best shot, but his vote on this agreement that we can't see appears to be unsupportable. Lots of awful details have leaked out, Senator Sessions being the primary leader against this thing.

Quoting other candidates liking free trade and claiming this is their position on TPP isn't going to help. Supporting Ted's position just because he's Ted doesn't seem particularly smart either.

what in your perverted sense of business causes one or a company to cross the line?,P.If yo are a manufacturing company theat has moved a factory to the third world then you are gloBULList sellout corporation. PERIOD.

Corporations are the biggest threat the republic, even more so then socialists. Corporations are lazy, they like one stop shopping for power and influence. They would love all power to be consolidated in the Presidency, that is their ultimate fascistic goal. Then they would only have one guy to by influence from so they can reach their ultimate goal of a fixed market share.

Sadly, they are all the same.
The treason called Tpp and Tpa just smoked out Cruz as one of them.
The entire GOP outside Sen Sessions is Owned by DC K street lobbyists and foreign billionaires.
Nobody wants Jebbie.

FReepers like to think that they know what is happening in politics but in reality many on this site are lazy gossips that do no research, but just pass on the meme of the moment, and go into a panic and frenzy.

Before all the "I used to love Cruz, but now he is an asshole" FReepers get their short hairs twisted around their own axle, just go do some basic research on what Cruz actually said on June 1, 2015 about TPA and TPP, because he is not selling us out.

If you think that Cruz is now the new enemy, because of a rumor that you never researched and is false, go vote for hildabutchbitch.

I have worked in the tech space for well over 30 years, not happy with his position on H1B, still head and shoulders above all the other candidates.

The quest for perfection is why we keep ending up with Bush, Romney, McCain and the rest.

In a year we will be looking at Bush Clinton and wondering if we should hold our noses again.

And we will be getting exactly what we deserve.

Thank you for your post. I disagree with Cruz on this and H1Bs, but I look at the list of qualifications, skills and positions, and he’s my number 1.

I do reserve the right to not support anyone who is sanguine about abortion (Rand “Social Issues Truce” Paul), but I ma not interested in going scorched earth against anyone who is not John Ellis Bush.

I refuse to vote against something. I will be given something to vote for or not vote at all. So grow up.

The way I see it.

If someone agrees with any candidate 100% of the time, someone is lying.

You are right.

This. Open Ended Treason Treaty is all about massive amnesty and Ted Cruz gets his H-1 visas for his Austin Based semiconductor Billionaire Donor without his
Sleazy fingers caught in the paper trail.
Ted loves dragging foreigner over here to take our white collar jobs but wants to blame it on that TPA he could nothing about but he tried with a phony amendment that was illegal in the first place under Fast Track.

its a rather Insulting strategy but his fat cat donors gets his cheap white collar labor

Well said and spot on from what I’ve been seeing on here lately.

Between the troll pimp lefties and the actual right wing Patriots, are a lot of misguided, single candidate, 100% pure or gone, people that get very pissed if you force them to think about their position.

I am reading less and less at FR because too many people are becoming "demonRAT like" in their arguments, and will not agree to facts, just opinion.

Too bad.

“Cruz’s support of TPP shows that he is a stinking phoney,
just like the others.”

OK let’s have a name, who is better than Cruz? Let’s have a name, put up or shut up. We have waited for over 30 years for another Conservative to come alone and now we have one and you do not want to get behind him. Maybe you just want to muddy up the water. Do you even Vote?

Looking at the quotes, I was surprised some of them (Jindal and Walker) were being fashioned as actual support for TPP when they weren't saying that.

Free trade is a conservative position. Being for free trade does NOT mean you are for a secret "trade" deal that supposedly gives more power to the presidency (at this time, the evil bamster), has some nefarious UN influence, some immigration nonsense, and other things that have yet to come to light.

Too much smoke to not be some fire, I'm not too happy with all this.
