Now, as drilling for water has taken off across the globe, the hidden water reservoirs are being stressed. Underground aquifers supply 35 percent of the water used by humans worldwide. Demand is even greater in times of drought. Rain-starved California is currently tapping aquifers for 60 percent of its water use, up from the usual 40 percent....

But ... but ... New York City will soon be underwater from the melting polar caps.
Seriously, it is really pathetic that under Obama and the Demmunist party NASA has sunk this low.

Same here in central Illinois plus I have mushrooms growing in my yard. (Not the edible kind either)

I could drive a fuel tanker truck, on fire, into the woods around here... And it would go out.

And I’m praying for rain in NE WA state. My kids in Idaho are too….Very dry here, horrible air to breathe, and real danger of fires and months of smoke……..

This is the same bunch that went back and modified the temperature records to show global warming, when the latest data shows a 10-year cooling cycle.

Another article on the subject:

Study: Third of Big Groundwater Basins in Distress

From the article:

"About one third of Earth's largest groundwater basins are being rapidly depleted by human consumption, despite having little accurate data about how much water remains in them,...

Anyone else see a problem with this?

So.... water table levels are dropping and the oceans are rising. Hotter places are getting colder, colder places are getting hotter. Dryer places are getting wetter and wetter places are getting dryer.

How will we ever survive?

“The Oceans are evaporating?”

They are talking about ground water - drinking water, not the oceans.

It’s been raining here like every other day for months.

My water table is so saturated, the rain just runs in torrents through the yard and down the lane.

Please, send me a drought.

Let’s check global precipitation rates, then we can talk drought, water tables and aquifers.
