The answer to all of those questions except the last (”What do we do about it?”) is “It would be treason.”

Good for Judge Napolitano.

All things that I’ve wondered, and some of them I’ve believed since early in the Benghazi event.

One of the few willing to lay it all out. Judge Napolitano is putting himself out there if the grip of tyranny grows much tighter in the US.

Maybe the good Judge could just blame Pam Gellar.

What if?

Nothing, that’s what if.

Treason? Even though Barack Hussein Obama doesn’t act like America, show any affection for anything our country has ever done, or show any loyalty to America, I am as confident that Obama would never engage in treason as I am that he has always kept his word.

I trust him on this as much as if he had promised with his hand on the Bible (okay, just above a Bible; I doubt that he would actually touch a book he loathes), “If you like your country, you can keep your country. Period.”

What if it all happened before, but it was a Republican administration? What if a Democrat Congress prevented a Republican President from supplying arms to rebels in Nicaragua? What if the Republican administration attempted to bypass Congress by selling arms to rebels in Iran and used those proceeds to supply the rebels in Nicaragua?

What if the Democrats found out and held open hearings? What it the National Security Advisor, Deputy National Security Advisor, Assistant Secretary of State, and others were convicted because of this?

What if the Secretary of Defense was indicted on perjury and obstruction charges, timed to influence the upcoming Presidential election?

What if the wife of the Democrat President who won that election is behind the plot to arm the terrorists today?

Nice article Judge N. But I do have a problem with this near the end:

"... What if the stated purpose of the committee -- to seek the truth about Benghazi -- is not the true purpose? What if the real purpose of that committee is to suppress the truth so that the president and Clinton and the other conspirators do not get indicted? What if the truth is the last thing the conspirators want to see come out? ..."

If hiding the truth is the goal then the absolute worst choice for committee chairman would be Trey Gowdy. He is an ex-prosecutor and, IMHO, as straight arrow as they come.

There have been previous Benghazi committees where the Judge is correct but not the current one. Gowdy is slow and methodical but he is turning over rocks and we are finding things out. Give him some time.

The grotesque, power-hungry Clintons want to get back into power. They got rich quick off of Hillary's State Dept job.....but the greedy Clintons are still not satisfied. They now want unlimited access to the US Treasury trillions to pay-off their donors and multiple business partners.......ranging from gold mines, uranium, oil pipelines, armaments, pharmaceuticals, telecom, etc, etc, etc.

==================================================

THE PULITZER PRIZE-WINNING STORIES ARE PILING UP
How the "dead broke" Clintons got rich quick.

(1) Hillary's State Dept uses classified intel in exchange for honoraria, big-buck foundation donations, business deals.

(2) COLLUSION Bill gets foundation donations through State Dept action OR inaction.

(3) The Clintons use "do-goodism" as a ruse to slither into countries w/ massive reserves of gold, uranium mines, oil, etc.

(4) Foundation laundry machines: Eaglevale Hedge Fund run by Chelsea's husband, Goldman Sachs principles.

(5) Teneo laundry--employed Bill, Huma Abedin, etc etc etc

(6) Obama foundations' cut of Clinton deals (CLUE: Clinton Foundation donates to Obama Foundation "for the children")

(7) State Dept foreign aid tax dollars funneled back as foundation donations (see Cameroon Baptist Church's $10 million donation)

(8) $6 billion found missing from Hillary's State Dept when she exited.

(9) Hillary gave Haiti billions; brother gets gold-mining license.

(10) Clintons' multiple hidden buck-raking entities (Bill just unveiled The Clinton America Foundation).

(11) Hillary hand-picks recipients of State Dept awards in exchange for foundation donations.

(12) Bill goes to Kazkhstan; Hillary approves Russian takeover of US uranium mines

(13) Clinton/Giustra Canada foundation hides donors.

(14) Clinton's Swedish entity hides donors.

(15) Clintons get rich on tolerance and compassion, w/ an occasional good deed.

(16) MAIL FRAUD-Pricewaterhouse Coopers accountants retained by the Clintons failed to report the Clinton Foundation’s apparent massive diversions of funds from a HIV/AIDS global charity(raising money for one cause that was diverted is considered mail fraud).

(17) Rahm Emanuel was Bill Clinton's senior WH aide, AND, a Goldman Sachs lobbyist...at the same time.

(18) Rham Emanuel was Obama's COS and ran the US Treasury--at the same time.

(19) State Dept ignored requests WRT Hillary refusing to place Nigeria's Boko Haram on a terrorist list---Clinton Foundation big-buck donor, Gilbert Chagoury heads sprawling Nigerian company.

(20) Lukas Lundin heads Canadian-based Lundin Mining, w/ big-buck interests in the Congo's mining and oil reserves; gives Clintons $100 million donation.

(21) Chelsea lied---said the Foundation received "high marks" from a watchdog group (which she knew to be false).

(22) Bill, Chelsea and Hillary Clinton Foundation underwritten by $16,000,000 grant paid for by US taxpayers.

(23) TAX FRAUD Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, Foundation expenditures. (Board members are fiduciaries required by law to oversee distribution of donations).

(24) L/E investigating the Jeffrey Epstein pedophile case found Clinton listed w/ 21 phone nos and email addresses---multiple phone nos and emails are connected to money laundering and tax fraud.

This perfectly fits Zero’s MO of being too lazy and inept to do things the right way. I suppose arming the rebels is one way to bring about change or enact foreign policy, but going through the trouble of planning and legislating is way too much work for Dear Leader and his idiot cronies. And why should they? They’re tyrants and the people and the press don’t care.

Sorry, Trey Gowdy might have been a big fish in his home State of South Carolina where he may have been good for something.

He's in D.C. now, and Boehner and the GOPe own him... at least until proven otherwise.

Time's running short, surprise me.

Why? What’s the rush?

Gowdy is working his way up to an interview with Her Highness. He is lining up his ducks. I can wait. Time is not growing short.
