Dylann Storm Roof was arrested in Lexington county a couple of months ago.
He was arrested on drug charges.

One of the flags on the Jacket is the South African flag pre-1994 (the apartheid government) , basically the Royal tricolor of the Netherlands, upon which is added the smaller flags of the Union Jack, the former Orange Free State flag, and the older South African Republic flag.
